It was initiated by the management consultancy Bell Management Consultants.

Gestrim is the number 2 of property manager for residential estates in Germany.
For this report more than 500 clients were questioned about their experiences. The resulting property management index (PIX) represents an evaluation of the property management companies from a clients´ point of view. For this purpose the aspects of brand strength and competence have been considered.
Number 2 in customer satisfaction and commercial/technical competence
Gestrim is the Number 2 in customer satisfaction and commercial / technical competence.
In the categories of general satisfaction as well as commercial and technical competence Gestrim was ranked in 2010 2nd among the German property manager of residential estates.
