Property Management Report 2009
The first property management report for Germany has been in 2009 issued.
Gestrim has scored excellent results in this report. In the category of commercial and technical competence we were ranked in 2009 among the TOP 3 property management companies in Germany. In the category of general satisfaction we were ranked 6th. A total of 56 property management companies participated in this evaluation.
For this report 350 asset managers were questioned about their experiences. At the same time company data were collected.

In the category of commercial and technical competence Gestrim was ranked in 2009 3rd among the German property management companies.
Excellent results were scored in the categories “tenant complaint rate“, “active information supply and data quality“ und “preparation of annual budget“.

In the category of general satisfaction Gestrim was ranked in 2009 6th among German property management companies.
Best marks were assigned by our clients for “active information supply and data quality“, “adherence to schedules“, as well as “response time“.
