Gestrim is among the TOP 10 players in property management
Competence in property management confirmed
The Property Management Report 2009 by Strehle & Bell ranked DIM Deutsche Immobilien Management GmbH, a company of Gestrim Group, among the TOP 10 property managers in Germany. In the area of commercial and technical competence Gestrim was awarded the 3rd rank, coming third to BNP Paribas (1st rank) and Jones Lang LaSalle (2nd rank). Especially in the categories tenant satisfaction, quickness and reliability Gestrim scored excellent results.
The report has been issued for the first time this year. It was initiated in order to create a higher transparency in the market of property management in Germany. The results are based on an extensive survey of more than 350 asset managers. The evaluation consists of an analysis of the factors brand strength (publicity, reputation, customer fulfilment), efficiency (general satisfaction, commercial and technical competence) und company size (turnover, number of employees, managed areas).
Gestrim belongs to the Gestrim Lamy Group of which Nexity, the largest French building developer for residential real estate, is a shareholder. The group is active throughout Europe and since 2004 also in Germany. The property management specialist administrates and manages with 260 branches more than 1,000,000 units in Europe.
