Lease management:
- We recognize potential for lease increases and implement them, negotiate the best possible lease contracts and make sure afterwards that all requirements connected to the agreement are kept.
- In addition, we analyse the respective market situation as the basis for the appropriate lease and marketing strategies.
Commercial management:
- This includes the collecting and booking of lease payments, payment supervision including an active debt management and legal prosecution, the keeping of deposit accounts as well as payment transactions for the respective property with suppliers and communes.
- We put together punctual yearly settlements for the lessee.
- For you as the owner, we offer a monthly transparent reporting on all major incidents and figures regarding the property.
Technical management:
- During changes in tenants, necessary repairs, renovation, redevelopment or maintenance measures, we concern ourselves with the tendering, awarding and supervision of the work.
- We supervise and manage the work of caretakers, workmen and service providers.
Tenant servicing:
- The problems, desires and indications from of the tenants are important to us. Through our presence on the spot, we initiate personal contacts and make a considerable contribution toward reciprocal understanding and good neighbourhoods.
- We ensure there are no hitches in the processing of tenant changes and we coordinate estate agents.
