The German market for property management has been subject to fluctuations for years. New market participants have joined in. Important players like Hochtief, Strabag and Bilfinger Berger have claimed their share of this interesting business segment. The property management of large portfolios has changed.

The profound changes of the property management market of the past years have led to decreasing transparency. The property management report by Bell Management Consultants, which was issued for the second time in spring 2010, intends to improve market transparency of this segment again.

Also BAMBI, the benchmark initiative by Bell Management Consultants, has the same target. Leading representatives of the industry meet in order to develop standardized evaluation methods.
