Margrit Geißler joined Gestrim Deutschland AG in 2010. Based on her degrees as business administrator and certified accountant she has been holding different positions in the real estate business for 25 years. At Gestrim she is responsible for the internal and external accounting, the financial reporting as well as the preparation of the quarterly and annual financial statements for the different companies. Margrit Geißler also prepares and defines the internal information processes within the internal accounting.

Matthias Tiecke can look back at more than 20 years of experiences in real estate. He joined Gestrim in 2005. Together with his team of 10 employees, the real estate professional is renting more than 1,400 residential units per year. Mr Tiecke is responsible for a yearly turnover of approx. 1m Euro.

Jana Klein pursued a career in banking for more than 6 years. She holds a degree in business administration and is working for Gestrim since 2005. Her responsibilities include the support of future business, business analyses of clients, support of company acquisitions as well as the integration of new business entities into the group. She already accompanied four business transactions for the Gestrim group successfully.

Due to her dual studies, Christin Wulf gained sound professional experiences in international companies. Before joining Gestrim Deutschland AG beginning of 2009, she was working as a Junior Investment Analyst for a real estate funds listed on the London Stock Exchange. For Gestrim, Christin Wulf is working in Controlling with responsibilities for the budget preparation of the group and various analyses.

Monique Schulze joined the Gestrim group in 2005 with eight years of experience in real estate. Prior to her appointment as Head of HR & Organisation, she worked for the subsidiary Gestrim Deutsche Fonds Management GmbH as assistant to the present executive board member, Sven-Christian Frank, for more than three years. Within her responsibilities, she is currently in charge of the personnel management of more than 200 employees nationwide and the further development of the internal organisation structures.

Norman Kühn, Head of IT

Norman Kühn has been working for Gestrim since 2008. Before joining Gestrim, he has had a long career as IT manager. As project manager in charge he was responsible for the integration of UMS systems at the Department of Trade and Industry, the Federal Insurance Institution for Employees (BfA) and the Special Air Mission Wing (Deutsche Luftrettung) with an individual volume of up to € 500,000. As a software developer he created an ERP system and took it forward to market launch.
