Ingo Sundermeier works successfully in the real estate industry for more than ten years. Originally responsible as operating manager for two handcraft companies, Mr Sundermeier made his way to the Gestrim group via the technical planning as project engineer. He is responsible for 23 employees and a mandate volume of more than 1.6m Euro. Meanwhile, his team at our branch in Bielefeld is managing a nationwide portfolio of approx. 9,000 residential units and approx. 4,000 sq m commercial space. The core business is the condominium management according to WEG and the property management.
