Our business premise: real estate properties require services. Our staff provides your tenants professional support, relieving them of the burden of day-to-day inquiries. We handle the full range of routine tasks for property owners including all property-related vendor transactions, negotiating with vendors and suppliers, maximising utility by keeping operating expenses low, monitoring contractors and all official interaction with authorities.
We track the receipt of rent payments and address late payments promptly and effectively.
Our staff negotiate optimal rent terms, ensure rapid re-letting, conduct handover/acceptance processes, produce documentation and implement required maintenance, dismantling and modifications.
